Our goal is to build the best shooting handguns in the world, and we stand behind every pistol we make. If something isn’t right, start a claim and our team will take it from there.

How a claim works

• Found a defect in material or workmanship? Submit the claim form. A member of the Warranty or Customer Service team will contact you.
• Original registered owners of pistols bought new receive a prepaid return shipping label. If the repair turns out not to be covered by the warranty, shipping is at the owner’s expense.
• Once your pistol arrives and is evaluated, the warranty team will contact you to discuss the resolution.

What to have ready

• Your name, email, phone number, and address.
• Model, caliber, and serial number, and whether the pistol is registered for warranty.
• Where you bought it, whether you are the original owner, and whether it was bought within the last 60 days.
• The primary issue and a description of what happened.
• The ammunition and lubrication used, and an approximate round count.
• Any custom work performed on the pistol.
• A photo or video of the issue.
• Active law enforcement or military: your department, whether it is a duty weapon, and an ID upload.
